At Mountain49 LLC, we stand behind the quality of our E-commerce architecture, data engineering consulting, and physical products (where applicable). This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Digital Infrastructure and Consulting Services
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital architecture and the immediate deployment of our engineering resources, all sales for digital products, custom codebase deliveries, and IT consulting retainers are generally final and non-refundable.
- If you encounter a technical issue with a deployed architecture, please contact our engineering team at business@mountain49.com within 14 days of delivery.
- For consulting and development services (e.g., Foundation Build, Growth Partner tiers), deposits are non-refundable once architectural work has commenced. Milestone payments will be handled according to your specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).
2. Physical Goods (E-commerce Stores)
For any physical merchandise purchased directly through our managed E-commerce properties, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at business@mountain49.com with your order number.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
- Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Stripe, credit card) within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We kindly ask that you contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of your infrastructure access and related services.
